Steel cut oats are amazing, and so much better than most oatmeal (look for certified sprouted organic oats). Pair with some healthy fats, flaxseed, walnuts, nutbutters, fruit..so yummy and great for meal prep for the week!
Slow cooker rotisserie chicken - AMAZING!
This has some specific instructions to follow, super easy but seriously, this method makes THE BEST chicken I've ever had. There is a quick 2 min video on 'trussing' that is key, and you put it in the crockpot on top of balls of tinfoil so it's not cooking in it's own juice. TRY IT!!
Slow cooker Poor Man's Stew
This is such an easy, classic stew with made with ground beef instead of stew meat! Fast yummy and nutritious! Great for leftovers too!
No sugar granola
To make this granola, you simply mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and spread it out onto a cookie sheet. Then you bake it at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes until it’s crunchy and nicely toasted. After it cools, you can store it in a glass jar for up to a week. It makes about 4 cups!
